Our company carries out the screening of raw materials strictly. Our products do not contain phthalates and PAHS. 2. Blow molding, Bottle Blow, Pipe Fittings and Machinery Parts:

TPU plastics
TPU plastics developed and produced by our company independently , with 50-95A softness and hardness ,have excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, as well as good flexibility and elasticity , high temperature resistance and cold resistance. The environmental protection standards of these products are superior to international standards like ROHS, REACH, EN14372 and other international standards.
TPE plastics
TPE plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer modified material. The product,with 30-90A softness and hardness ,has excellent comfort and elasticity, aging resistance, wear resistance, hydrolysis resistance and chemical stability. The environmental protection standards of these products are superior to international standards like ROHS, REACH, EN-14372 and other international standards.
Modified engineering plastics:
1. PA6、PA66、PA46
Our products have the advantages of glass fiber reinforcement (5-50%), filling, fire protection, super toughness, cold resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-ultraviolet, anti-static, etc. The product has good fluidity, no float fibers, no water marks, no surface defects, good impact resistance, fast processing speed, UL94V-0 grade flame retardant. The environmental protection standards of these products are superior to EU ROHS standards. The PA46 developed independently by our company has the advantages of hardness, high temperature resistance and low price.
2. ABS/PVC
Our products have the advantages of fire resistance, anti-ultraviolet, anti-static, chemical resistance, antimicrobial, high temperature resistance, high gloss, good fluidity, no water marks, good impact resistance and fast processing speed. They are superior to EU ROHS standards in environmental protection.
3. PC/ABS
Our products have the general hardness of steel and the elasticity of engineering plastics. Besides the characteristics of PC and ABS, they also have the characteristics of flame retardant, ultraviolet resistance, antistatic, chemical resistance, antimicrobial, high temperature resistance, high gloss, good fluidity, no water marks, good impact resistance and fast processing speed. They are superior to EU ROHS standards in environmental protection.We can add fibers (5-50%) and carry out color matching according to customers'requirements.
